Our projects are developed in a BIM software, a software with innovative technology developed for the architecture field. It brings more quality and efficiency to the production, in addition to a more detailed project. This allows for an easier construction process.

After hiring us to design your project, our process will have the following stages:

PROJECT STAGES

ARCHITECTURE

1. Preliminary Project

After signing the contract, we will hold our briefing meeting to understand your needs, collect site data and measurements, and get started in the project design. In our project presentation we will show you a moodboard with the chosen materials and decor, the project floor plan, 3D perspectives and, of course, 3D images.

2. Definitive Project

After your approval of the Preliminary Project, we will move on to the second stage. At this stage, the technical drawings of the project will be developed for approval by the City Hall (or equivalent). Some of these drawings are site plans, roof layout, floor plan, sections, elevations and others.

3. Executive Project

The last stage of our process is the Executive Project. In this stage, extra technical drawings and project details will be developed. These drawings contain all the necessary information for constructors to actually build your project. With this we aim to get the best result possible and make sure everything is done correctly.

INTERIOR DESIGN

1. Preliminary Project

Just like in the residential architectural project process, after signing the contract, we will hold our briefing meeting, collect site data and get started with the project design. In this project presentation we will also have a moodboard with the chosen materials and decor, the project floor plan, 3D perspectives and 3D images.

2. Executive Project

After your approval of the Preliminary Project, our team will develop a complete detail notebook of your project, separated into 4 categories: architecture, furniture, stones and images. The notebooks will contain all the details to get our design built. From layout plan, electrical and hydraulic plan, ceiling plan, and elevations to complete carpentry details with MDF types, brands and finishes, furniture handles and whatever else needed. In addition, we provide a separate detail for stones showcasing the measurements and information of countertops, sills, socles, along with a notebook with 3D images of our design for better understanding visualization.
